Dispatch Timeline

All made-to-order and bespoke pieces are dispatched only after you have approved the final quality-check photos and video. The timeline from final approval to dispatch is:

For ready-to-ship in-stock items, dispatch occurs within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment.

Transit Insurance

Every shipment from GV Diamonds is fully insured for its declared value during transit. This means:

• —If your piece is lost or damaged in transit, the full replacement value is covered.
• —Insurance is arranged by GV Diamonds at no additional cost to you.
• —In the event of a claim, GV Diamonds manages the process on your behalf.
• —We dispatch only via registered, trusted courier partners with documented hand-over procedures.

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your piece is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card and make a second attempt the following business day. After two failed attempts, the package is held at the nearest facility for 5 days before return to GV Diamonds.

Packaging

Every GV Diamonds piece is delivered in our signature presentation box, sealed with a tamper-evident hologram. The box includes the original GIA/IGI certificate, GV Diamonds certificate of authenticity, care card, and polish cloth. If you are sending a gift, please let us know — we can include a handwritten note and omit the invoice from the package.

Domestic Delivery (India)

We currently deliver to all major cities and PIN codes across India. Delivery to remote PIN codes may require an additional 1–2 business days. Delivery fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Most orders above a threshold qualify for complimentary insured delivery.

International Orders

International delivery is available by arrangement, subject to applicable customs regulations and duties in your country. Please note:

• —International orders require prior agreement on customs documentation and declared value.
• —GV Diamonds is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays at the destination country's border.
• —We do not ship to countries with restrictions on diamond or precious metals imports without verified documentation.
• —To enquire about international delivery, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Failed Delivery & Returns to GV

If a piece is returned to GV Diamonds due to an incorrect address provided by you, or failed delivery attempts, re-dispatch will incur the original shipping fee. We will contact you within 2 business days of receiving the returned package to arrange re-delivery.
