1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GV Diamonds Pvt Ltd website ("we", "our", "GV Diamonds"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Products & Descriptions

All diamonds listed on this website are natural, earth-mined stones. Every stone is independently certified by GIA, IGI, or HRD before sale. We do not stock or sell laboratory-grown diamonds.

Products described as "Made to Order" or "Bespoke" are custom-crafted specifically per your approved brief. No two bespoke pieces are identical. Product photography is for illustrative purposes; the exact appearance of your stone will be confirmed via a personal video consultation before dispatch.

Prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Final invoices will include applicable GST as per Indian tax law.

3. Orders & Staged Payment

GV Diamonds operates a milestone-based payment model for all custom and bespoke orders. By placing an order, you agree to the following payment stages:

• Step 1 — Booking Deposit (10–20%)

  Confirms your order, locks in the agreed stone and setting price, and initiates production. This deposit is fully refundable until CAD design approval.

• Step 2 — Production Payment (40–50%)

  Due after you review and approve the 3D CAD design. Once approved, production commences and this payment is non-refundable.

• Step 3 — Final Balance (remainder)

  Due after we send final quality-check photos and video for your approval, before dispatch. Your stone remains with GV Diamonds until this stage is complete.

For in-stock Ready-to-Ship pieces, full payment is required at the time of order. Details will be confirmed on the product page.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on eligibility, timelines, and process.

5. Buyback & Exchange Programme

Our published buyback formula applies to GV Diamonds-certified pieces only, with original GIA/IGI certificate and GV invoice. The buyback programme is separate from our refund policy. Please refer to the Buyback page for current terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, photography, 3D renders, logo marks, and copy — is the sole property of GV Diamonds Pvt Ltd or its licensed contributors. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

GV Diamonds Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information on this website. However, prices, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
